Shipping Information

Melissa Australia charges shipping fee depending on the selected rate at checkout.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations.

Order processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEDT can be dispatched on the following business day.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond Melissa’s control, including warehouse volume, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we cannot be held responsible for these delays, our team will always do our best to ensure your order is dispatched safely and reaches you as quickly as possible.

If the parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or an unsuccessful delivery, we will only process a refund for the full price of the shoes.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
